December 5, 2021 | Fountain Dressed for the Holidays!

Friends and neighbors:

The holiday lights and greenery are up on the Fountain at The Circle.

Volunteers were out Saturday, Dec. 4, to string lighted garlands around the perimeter of the fountain island and to adorn the fountain’s grizzly bear cubs with wreaths and kippot.

They also carried out the monthly cleanup of The Circle, Fountain Walk and the environs.

The fountain and its holiday finery are scheduled to be lighted from sundown until 9:30 or so every evening through early January.

We hope you enjoy it. Happy holidays to all!

Always nice to include the Kippahs for Hanukkah; however, would be nicer if they were there for the actual Hanukkah period. It changes every year. This year is started on Sunday evening, Nov. 28th and ENDED LAST NIGHT, Dec. 6th.

Thanks, Cheryl. We were unable to get out to do the decorating on the Thanksgiving holiday weekend this year. This effort is carried out by volunteers who donate their time, and the first opportunity we had to get enough folks out was this past weekend.
