July 3, 2026 | A Holiday Weekend Off for the Fountain
Leave your thoughts | Categorised in: Events, Fountain News & UpdatesFriends and neighbors:
The Fountain at The Circle is taking the holiday weekend off, and will be off until at least Monday so that it can be cleaned and refilled.
The hardworking fountain has rarely taken time off during the 3o years it has been flowing in the heart of Northbrae. So we hope fountain fans will allow it this long weekend to dry out and start fresh.

And a reminder to fountain fans: Monday is also the opening day for an exhibit about the Fountain at The Circle and Fountain Walk at the main branch of the Berkeley Public Library marking the 30th anniversary year of their restoration. The display in the original wing of the library will be up through Sunday, Aug. 2. A presentation about the history of the fountain and walk will take place there on Saturday, July 18, at 2 p.m.
